I had extensive renovations done this year to my house which was an older house built in the 70’s. The builder who did this work was Richard Clements.
Right from the initial meeting I found Richard to be professional in his approach, reliable and trustworthy. As I had recently moved into the region and had little contact with builders in the area therefore these where important factors for me to consider.
As the work started and progressed it was obvious I had made the right choice in having Richard and his team do this job. The job was not only completed within the timelines agreed to, Richard co-ordinated the various sub-contracted in advance to ensure all work was completed on time, avoiding any delays.
The completed job was of an extremely high standard, which a testament to Richards professional workmanship as a builder.
